Keppel Infrastructure Trust : A7RU 0% (KIT): The trustee-manager on Monday proposed new base fee and performance fee structures pegged to distributable income and distribution per unit (DPU) growth respectively, in a bid to better align its interests with the business trust's unitholders. Units of KIT closed 0.9 per cent or S$0.005 higher at S$0.565 on Friday.
Frasers Property : TQ5 0%: The property developer on Monday said its subsidiary Suzhou Sing Heng Le Enterprise Development has entered into a strategic alliance with a joint venture (JV) partner to potentially invest in certain land plots in China.
