THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Monday (Mar 28):
Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT): The trustee-manager on Monday proposed new base fee and performance fee structures pegged to distributable income and distribution per unit (DPU) growth respectively, in a bid to better align its interests with the business trust's unitholders. Units of KIT closed 0.9 per cent or S$0.005 higher at S$0.565 on Friday.
Frasers Property : The property developer on Monday said its subsidiary Suzhou Sing Heng Le Enterprise Development has entered into a strategic alliance with a joint venture (JV) partner to potentially invest in certain land plots in China. Its other subsidiary Singlong Property Development has also agreed to provide a JV partner with a bridging loan of 1.2 billion yuan (S$257.2 million). Shares of Frasers Property closed 0.9 per cent lower, or S$0.01 at S$1.08 on Friday.
