Stocks to watch: Noble Group, Sembcorp Marine, Tat Hong
THE following stocks have made material announcements after the last close of market trading:
Rigbuilder Sembcorp Marine said on Monday morning that it has delivered a jack-up rig to Maersk Highlander UK. Maersk said last Friday that it will settle the final payment of US$190 million with Sembcorp subsidiary Jurong Shipyard.
Noble Group said its CEO Yusuf Alireza has resigned, while the company is selling US subsidiary Noble Americas Energy Solutions to raise cash to bolster its balance sheet.
Crane rental firm Tat Hong Holdings sank deeper into the red in the fourth quarter after it posted a S$40 million loss as revenues slid and impairment charges were announced.
