Stocks to watch: Noble Group, Starhill Global Reit, ESR-Reit, Viva Industrial Trust, SIA , Procurri
THE following companies saw new developments which may affect trading of their shares on Tuesday:
Noble Group: Distressed Noble Group has reached an agreement with some of its senior creditors in a scheme that would slash its existing debt by half and leave its current shareholders with only 10 per cent in the new group.
Starhill Global Reit: Starhill Global Reit on Monday reported a 7.1 per cent drop in distribution per unit for the fiscal second quarter ended Dec 31, 2017 to 1.17 Singapore cents.
ESR-Reit, Viva Industrial Trust: The Warburg Pincus-backed ESR-Reit on Monday said that it has proposed a merger of all the stapled securities of Viva Industrial Trust and the units of ESR-Reit through a trust scheme of arrangement.
Singapore Airlines: Singapore Airlines launched its Digital Innovation Blueprint on Monday, with the unveiling of key bilateral partnerships with the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, Economic Development Board and National University of Singapore.
Procurri Corp: Mainboard-listed Procurri is expecting to report a net loss for the fourth quarter of 2017 and FY2017, mainly due to foreign exchange differences and write-offs arising from the group's approach towards stock obsolescence and bad debts.
