Stocks to watch: OCBC, United Engineers, GLP

NEW events have taken place that may affect the following companies' share prices on Tuesday:

OCBC, United Engineers: The bank and the property and construction company have issued separate statements saying that "no decision has been made at this time to pursue any specific transaction or any other strategic option". They were responding to media reports that OCBC was considering selling its stake in United Engineers.

Global Logistics Properties: The logistics facilities provider has signed new leases totalling 66,000 square metres with two giant carmakers in Brazil and China. One is Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, which signed 43,000 sq m in Sao Paulo. The other is Daimler with 23,000 sq m in Greater Jinan, eastern China. Both are new customers for GLP.
