Singapore developer Oxley Group announced early Thursday morning that it will be acquiring 20 per cent of London developer Galliard Group for £50 million (S$107 million).
CapitaLand Mall Trust Management, manager of CapitaLand Mall Trust (CMT), is currently exploring its options for Funan DigitaLife Mall, which include possible disposal or redevelopment.
Keppel DC Reit's distribution per unit (DPU) for the second quarter came in at 1.62 Singapore cents, 1.9 per cent above its forecast amount.
