THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their shares on Monday:
Oxley Holdings: The property developer's net profit for the six months ended Dec 31, 2020 more than doubled year on year to S$34.1 million from S$15.7 million on the back of higher revenue and lower finance costs, it said on Sunday. Shares in Oxley closed unchanged at S$0.23 on Thursday.
Far East Orchard: The real estate firm on Thursday announced that it expects to report a net loss for FY2020 as the "prolonged" Covid-19 pandemic continued to hamper its business, following a review of its unaudited financial results. Its shares ended Thursday unchanged at S$1.09, before the announcement was made.
Straco Corp: The group on Thursday said in a profit guidance that it is expected to swing into a net loss for FY2020, as compared to a net profit for FY2019. Straco shares closed flat at S$0.54 on Thursday, before the announcement.
Raffles Education Corp: The mainboard-listed firm's net profit for the six months ended Dec 31, 2020, jumped to S$35.7 million from S$7.7 million a year ago, it said on Thursday. Its shares closed unchanged at S$0.13 on Thursday, before the announcement.
Penguin International: The high-speed craft builder's net profit for the six months ended Dec 31, 2020 fell 16 per cent year on year to S$9.3 million, it said on Sunday. The counter closed flat at S$0.65 on Thursday.

Nutryfarm International: The mainboard-listed firm narrowed losses to HK$958,000 (S$163,691) for the three months ended Dec 31, 2020, from a net loss of HK$3.1 million a year ago, it said in a filing on Saturday. Shares of Nutryfarm closed 0.5 Singapore cent or 1 per cent lower at 49 cents on Thursday.
Asiatic Group (Holdings): A state-owned Cambodian electricity supplier is shortening the duration of a power purchase agreement that it has with a unit of Asiatic Group, the group said on Thursday. Its shares closed unchanged at 0.9 Singapore cent on Thursday, before the announcement was made.
