Stocks to watch: Pteris Global, Ezra, Emas Offshore, ABR Holdings
THE following stocks made announcements after Friday's market close that could affect their trading on Monday morning:
China International Marine Containers (CIMC) has raised its takeover offer price for Catalist-listed airport support equipment provider Pteris Global to S$0.85 from S$0.735 per share, and said it does not intend to revise its offer price any more. The offer closing date will also be extended to July 25, 5.30pm.
Offshore services provider Ezra and an Emas Offshore unit have agreed to sell their stakes in the Lewek Emas vessel for about US$166.3 million to PetroFirst Infrastructure Partners.
ABR Holdings, a food and beverage company that runs Swensen's as one of its brands, has entered a deal to buy an Australian property for A$20 million (S$20.1 million). It plans to redevelop the site in Victoria into residential houses for sale.
