Raffles Education Corporation : NR7 0% (REC): The education group on Wednesday sought to clarify media reports regarding a charge sheet filed by the Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing against its directors and top management, over its dispute with Educomp Group and Jai Radha Raman Education Society in India. REC said there was no basis for any of the allegations referred to in the article, and that it has not received any summons or notices after the charges were filed. Shares of REC closed down S$0.001 or 1.5 per cent at S$0.066 on Tuesday.

Hatten Land : PH0 0%: Building on its plans to convert its mall in Melaka, Malaysia into an e-sports hub, the property developer said in a bourse filing on Wednesday that its subsidiary Hatten Technology had formed collaborations with 2 e-sports organisations. In the agreement with the Melaka Esports Association, the mall will be endorsed as the official e-sports hub in the state of Melaka.  As for the second agreement, Hatten Technology will form a joint venture with Kitamen Holdings to promote e-sports.
