Rex International : The oil and gas company said in a bourse filing on Monday that its subsidiary Lime Petroleum will be acquiring 40 per cent of 2 licences to explore oil and gas fields in the Norwegian North Sea from exploration company MOL Norge. The counter closed 1.4 per cent or S$0.005 lower to S$0.35 on Thursday.
HRNetGroup : The recruitment company on Monday said its lead independent non-executive director, Sin Boon Ann, would be retiring on Apr 28 to allow for a renewal of the board. It also announced the promotion of its executive director and chief legal officer Adeline Sim to executive director and chief corporate officer, and chief financial officer (CFO) Jennifer Kang to group CFO. Shares of HRNetGroup closed up S$0.01 or 1.2 per cent at S$0.82 on Thursday.
