Stocks to watch: Sabana Reit, Mapletree Commercial Trust, Keppel Reit, Singtel, SMI Vantage
THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Thursday (Apr 21):
Sabana Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust : M1GU 0% (Sabana Reit): The Reit clocked a portfolio occupancy of 85.2 per cent for the first quarter of 2022, just slightly lower than the 85.4 per cent occupancy rate in the previous quarter. It also signed 11, 786 sq ft of new leases and renewed 208,633 sq ft of leases, with a positive rental reversion of 4 per cent, said its manager in a bourse filing on its interim business update on Thursday. Its units closed flat at S$0.45 on Wednesday.
Mapletree Commercial Trust : N2IU 0% (MCT): Its manager on Wednesday reported a 3.4 per cent decline in distribution per unit to S$0.0514 for the half-year ended Mar 31, down from S$0.0532 a year earlier. Gross revenue was down 1.8 per cent to S$255.8 million for the half-year period, from S$260.3 million the year prior. Units of MCT closed up 0.5 per cent or S$0.01 at S$1.87 on Wednesday before the results were released.
