Stocks to watch: Tuan Sing, Accrelist, CosmoSteel
THE following companies saw new developments that may affect trading of their securities on Thursday:
Tuan Sing Holdings: T24 The property group has secured a tender for a prime freehold site at Dunearn Road for S$56 million, announced the property group on Wednesday evening. The site is located next to and shares the same boundary as Link@896, a mixed-use office and retail building which the group acquired in 2017. Shares of Tuan Sing gained S$0.01 or 1.9 per cent to close at S$0.53, before the news.
Accrelist:QZGThe Catalist-listed company is planning to raise up to S$3.38 million through the placement of shares and issuance of warrants to facilitate its growth plans, it announced on Wednesday. Shares in Accrelist last changed hands at 8.1 Singapore cents before they were halted from trading on Tuesday morning. The company has requested to resume trading today.
CosmoSteel:B9SThe piping systems provider on Wednesday said it has maintained profitability in the third quarter of its financial year ending Sept 30, but guided for further revenue impairment amid the Covid-19 outbreak. It remains on the Singapore Exchange's watch list as it failed to meet the exit criteria as at June 30. Prior to the announcement, CosmoSteel shares closed up 0.3 Singapore cent or 3.2 per cent at 9.8 cents.
