UOB Group: UOB reported net earnings of S$766 million for the first quarter ended March 31, 2016 - down 4.4 per cent from S$801 million in the corresponding period a year ago.
Viva Industrial Trust: VIVA Industrial Trust's distribution per stapled security (DPS) fell 12.4 per cent to 1.638 Singapore cents for the first quarter ended March 31, 2016 - lower than the 1.87 cents reported in the corresponding period a year ago.
Cambridge Industrial Trust: CIT's distribution per unit (DPU) for the first quarter ended March 31, 2016, fell 9.2 per cent to 1.112 Singapore cents, from 1.225 cents in the corresponding quarter a year ago.
Boustead: Boustead Singapore will appoint Wong Yu Loon as deputy group chief executive officer of Boustead Group from May 1 as part of plans to ensure business continuity.
Serial System, King Wan, Global Palm Resources: All three groups issued profit warnings for the three months to March 31.
