Stocks to watch: YuuZoo, Pacific Radiance, Noble, Oxley
THE following companies have made announcements that may affect trading of their shares on Tuesday:
YuuZoo Corporation: The social networking, e-commerce and entertainment company has introduced YuuWallet, an electronic wallet service that can also be used for sending, receiving and withdrawing money payments and money transactions, from large amounts to micro payments.
Pacific Radiance: An executive director of the offshore marine support services firm is being investigated by Singapore's anti-corruption officials after he was arrested and released on bail.
Noble Group: A majority-owned subsidiary of the commodity trader has sold off all of its interests in four power companies incorporated in the UK for at least US$23.5 million in cash, with an additional consideration of up to US$91.6 million.
Oxley Holdings: The property developer will invest A$32 million (S$33 million) for a 40 per cent stake in Pindan Group, an Australian property and construction company.
