[TOKYO] Tokyo shares opened lower on Thursday, trailing falls on Wall Street after the Federal Reserve cut rates but voiced caution going forward.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index lost 0.82 per cent or 176.08 points to 21,345.45 in early trade while the broader Topix index fell 0.58 per cent or 9.15 points to 1,555.99.
