Tokyo: Stocks open 0.95% lower on profit taking

[TOKYO] Tokyo stocks opened 0.95 per cent lower on Tuesday, following a weak session on Wall Street and amid profit taking after a surge the previous day.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange lost 185.69 points to 19,457.05 in opening deals.
