Tokyo: Stocks open higher

[TOKYO] Tokyo stocks opened higher Friday tracking rebound on Wall Street as the yen's recent rallies halted, reflecting some positive US data.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 gained 0.19 per cent, or 36.93 points, to 19,590.79 in early trading, while the Topix index of all first-section issues was up 0.18 per cent, or 2.85 points, at 1,557.86.
