Tokyo: Stocks open lower on Thursday
[TOKYO] Tokyo stocks opened lower on Thursday on profit-taking following recent rallies, after the US market ended mixed.
The benchmark Nikkei 225 was down 0.15 per cent or 42.10 points at 28,414.49 in early trade, while the broader Topix index slipped 0.24 per cent or 4.45 points to 1,859.95.
