[NEW YORK] Apple Inc on Monday filed plans for a multi-tranche dollar-denominated bond offering.
Apple was last in the dollar bond market in April last year when it raised US$12 billion from a seven-tranche issue.
Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs, which managed the issuer's two previous bond issues, are active bookrunners on the latest trade.
