Mobile gaming revenues in South-east Asia seen exceeding US$7b

AS the world's fastest-growing region for the mobile gaming industry, South-east Asia is well on its way to raking in more than US$7 billion in game revenue by 2019, said research agency Frost & Sullivan.
Its head of Japan info-comm technology (ICT) Marc Einstein said revenues from the region's mobile gaming industry grew by between 70 and 90 per cent in the last two years, and crossed the US$1 billion mark last year.
