Anti-haze Bill seeks up to $2m in criminal fines

[SINGAPORE] Companies found guilty of causing haze in Singapore could face criminal fines of up to $2 million, going by the proposed legislation tabled by the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources in Parliament yesterday.
