Cat B premiums post biggest increase

[SINGAPORE] Certificate of entitlement (COE) premiums were generally higher across the board at the end of yesterday's bidding exercise with the premium for Category B registering the biggest increase.

The COE price for Cat B (cars above 1,600cc or 97kW) rose from S$68,689 to S$72,990 while that for Cat A (cars up to 1,600cc and 97kW) was up from S$64,600 in the last round of bidding to S$65,710.

The COE for the open category was also higher at S$72,810, increasing from S$69,001 previously.
