IN our story, "CDL cuts prices for Coco Palms launch" (BT, May 19), we reported that CDL had cut prices. CDL has clarified that it did not cut prices for the condo project, but the prices were lower than originally planned. It had wanted to launch units at $1,100-$1,200 per square foot as the project is close to the MRT station. The units were sold at an average price of $980 psf.
