IN "Legal tangles add to woes of half the execs under investigation" (BT, April 5), we wrongly reported that Innopac Holdings chief executive Wong Chin-Yong had a previous run-in with the Commercial Affairs Department (CAD). Mr Wong has pointed out that he has never had any "run-in with the CAD" nor involvement in the 2001 Link Islands case. We are sorry for the error.
