How will the February 2014 re-categorisation of COE Category A affect BMW and Mini?
The re-categorisation will undoubtedly oust BMW from Cat A, whereas Mini will only be left with the Mini One variant that qualifies for the 130 hp Cat A criteria, at this point in time.
