NETS told to hire consultant following disruption

THE Monetary Authority of Singapore has instructed NETS to hire an independent consultant to determine how controls could be enhanced to minimise service disruptions due to human errors.
Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam added in his written reply to a parliamentary question by Member of Parliament Tan Wu Meng, that the consultant will also advise on how to mitigate the consequences.
