[SINGAPORE] Good jobs for the people, more babies and a capable government at the helm are three goals Singapore should achieve if the country is to say it has progressed, said Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
These are all "easy to state, but very hard to achieve", he said at an annual ministerial forum at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) last night.
