SCCCI urges govt to extend PIC scheme by three years

[SINGAPORE] The Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI) is calling on the government to extend the Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) scheme by another three years until 2018.
It also urged the government to allow firms to retain their existing foreign workers when their employment passes or work permits are up for renewal.
