THE Air France-KLM group plans to grow its presence in Asia by enhancing joint ventures and by riding on new medium/long-haul airline Boost to improve its competitiveness.

The Asia-Pacific is the group's second-largest network, accounting for some 22 per cent of traffic and about a fifth of capacity. Revenue for the region totalled three billion euros (S$4.5 billion) for the group, which carried over six million passengers to the Asia-Pacific in 2016.
