    PLANEMAKER Airbus is being sued by 10 families of passengers who were on board the fatal AirAsia Indonesia flight QZ 8501 when it crashed into the Java Sea last December.

    The single-aisle A320 aircraft was Singapore-bound from Surabaya when it ran into bad weather. The crash killed 162 passengers and crew.
