BA invests in S'pore lounge, capacity boost

BRITISH Airways (BA), which has launched its revamped lounge at Changi Airport's Terminal 1, will be boosting capacity into Singapore when it ramps up to a daily Airbus A380 service from year-end.
Currently, it deploys its 469-seat A380 on its direct service to London thrice weekly but from December, the double-decker jumbo jet will be used on the route every day as the airline upgauges from a Boeing 747.
