Boeing to set up cyber analytics centre in S'pore
Facility will address cybersecurity challenges in Asia-Pacific, it says
[SINGAPORE] Boeing will launch its first Cyber Analytics Centre outside the United States in Singapore in the first quarter of next year to cater to the Asia-Pacific region.
Aside from offering advanced cybersecurity capabilities and services to clients in the region, the centre will also serve as Boeing's regional cybersecurity centre of excellence.
While the group didn't reveal how much is being invested in the centre - which will co-located at Boeing's office in Wheelock Place - it did say that it plans to employ and train cybersecurity professionals in Singapore.
