CAAS inks MOUs to deliver training in Africa, Latin America
Based on international aviation standards and best practices, training will address competency gaps in these regions

THE Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has signed new training memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with the Agency for Air Navigation Safety in Africa and Madagascar (ASECNA) and the Central American Corporation for Air Navigation Services (COCESNA).
Under the MOUs, CAAS will provide aviation training in air traffic management and safety at the ASECNA and COCESNA's training academies. The training programmes, based on international aviation standards and industry best practices, will address competency gaps in these regions.
