A CONSORTIUM backed by Changi Airports International (CAI) is acquiring Vladivostok International Airport, with plans to develop it into a hub linking Asia and Russia.
Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), CAI and diversified business group Basic Element each hold equal stakes of 33.3 per cent in the consortium.
