Changi passenger traffic down slightly in August

PASSENGER traffic at Changi Airport dipped marginally in August, down 0.6 per cent vis-a-vis the corresponding month in 2015 where Singapore celebrated its Golden Jubilee.

The last time passenger traffic dropped was in January last year, when it fell 3.8 per cent.

Meanwhile, aircraft movements edged up 2.2 per cent to 30,260 landings and takeoffs, while cargo shipments rose 7.6…
