COE premiums fall across the board

CERTIFICATE of entitlement (COE) premiums ended lower across the board amid a weak vehicle market.

Category A - for cars below 1,600cc or 130hp - fell S$2,400 to S$42,801, while Cat B - for cars above 1,600cc and 130hp - shed S$2,609 to S$47,501.

Cat E - the open category which currently tracks Cat B - was S$2,525 lower at S$48,001.

Meanwhile, Cat C - for goods vehicles and buses - dipped S$1,622 to S$36,879, and Cat D - for motorcycles - slipped S$100 to S$6,001.
