COE premiums mostly higher in latest round

VEHICLE certificate of entitlement (COE) premiums largely increased in the latest round of bidding on Wednesday.
Category A (cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp) was the only one to buck the trend, where the COE fell to S$65,001, down from S$66,010 in the earlier round of bidding in January.
