COEs all down in year's last tender

CERTIFICATES of entitlement (COE) ended lower across the board in the last tender of the year on Wednesday, as buyers and sellers pull back on registrations until the new year.

The COE for cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp ended at S$32,889, down from S$33,009 two weeks ago. COEs for cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp finished at S$36,000, down from S$37,900.
