COEs end mostly higher on eve of motor show

CERTIFICATES of entitlement (COE) ended mostly higher at the latest tender on Wednesday , the eve of the 2019 Singapore Motorshow.

COE for cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp finished at S$25,920, up from S$25,501 three weeks ago. COE for cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp closed at S$32,200, up from S$31,001. Open COE, which can be used for any vehicle type except motorcycles but which end up mostly for cars, ended at S$32,909, up from S$31,809.
