COEs finish mixed in the second round of bidding

[SINGAPORE] Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices finished mixed in the second round of bidding in October on Thursday.
Premiums for Category A - cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp - went down slightly from $41,761 to $41,617 .
COE prices for Cat B - cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp - rose, from $48,109 to $49,996.
For the open category, Cat E, which can be used for any vehicle type but ends up mainly being used for bigger cars, COE prices went up from $49,000 to $52,000.
Motorcycle premiums decreased, from $5,010 to $4,903.
COE premiums for goods vehicles and buses saw an increase, from $48,902 to $51,890.
