Goods vehicle COE premium slumps
THE certificate of entitlement (COE) premium for commercial vehicles fell nearly S$20,000 ahead of next month's big increase in supply.
Category C - for goods vehicles and buses - slumped S$19,405 to S$26,501, while Cat D - for motorcycles - shed S$877 to S$6,712.
Also lower was Cat A - for cars below 1,600cc or 130hp - which slipped S$400 to S$51,600.
But Cat B - for cars above 1,600cc and 130hp - was virtually unchanged, inching up S$1 to S$54,406, and Cat E - the open category which currently tracks Cat B - rose S$60 to S$54,616.
