Governing council set up for ATM research institute

[SINGAPORE] A governing council has been established for Singapore's first Air Traffic Management Research Institute (ATMRI), which is being jointly developed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and the Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
