THANKS to the expanding supply of COEs, the total number of new passenger cars on the road in the first nine months of this year is nearly double that from a year ago, with the year-to-date figure of 38,933 units posting a whopping 93.5 per cent jump.
One of the brands to benefit the most is Honda, which is riding on replacement demand to speed up the sales charts.
