SINGAPORE can double the number of flights handled annually to 700,000 by the end of next decade when Changi Airport's Terminal 5 is fully operational, said Senior Minister of State for Transport Josephine Teo.
With this, the country is also ramping up its capabilities in air traffic management to ensure the safety of flights.
