One Audi and 2 Skoda cars found to have emissions-cheating devices: NEA

[SINGAPORE] One Audi and two Skoda passenger diesel vehicles imported into Singapore have been found to be fitted with devices to evade government pollution controls, the National Environment Agency (NEA) said on Friday.
The three vehicles were imported directly and were not sold by local car distributors.
