PASSENGER traffic was nearly flat at Changi Airport in the first six months of this year, inching up 0.2 per cent year on year to 26.6 million passengers.

Aircraft take-offs and landings were one per cent lower at 169,890, while total cargo volume for the period inched up 0.2 per cent to 912,300 tonnes.
