SIA-Lufthansa JV expected to officially kick off from early next year

A JOINT venture between Singapore Airlines (SIA) and Germany's Lufthansa Group to cooperate on key routes between Singapore and Europe should commence by early 2017.
The JV, which was announced in November last year, will give SIA's passengers access to new codeshare destinations in Austria, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland (via Munich and Zurich).
In return, Lufthansa's passengers will get codeshare access to Australia, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.
