Singapore advisory panel proposes mandatory drone registration, minimum age of 16 for drone operators

DRONE owners should be at least 16 years old and be made to register all devices with a take-off weight of above 250g.
All operators, including foreigners and tourists, should also be subject to mandatory registration before they are allowed to operate their unmanned aircraft (UA) in Singapore.
