South Korea decides not to revoke Jin Air's business license; shares surge

[SEOUL] South Korea on Friday announced its decision to not revoke the aviation business license of budget carrier Jin Air, sending its shares surging as much as 20 per cent.

South Korea's transport ministry said, however, it will restrict the carrier from registering new aircraft and routes for a "certain period of time."
