Frasers Centrepoint Trust

FRASERS Centrepoint Trust saw distribution per unit edge up 0.7 per cent to 3.02 Singapore cents for the first quarter ended Dec 31, 2018, up from three cents in the year-ago period. Distribution to unitholders was up 0.9 per cent to S$28 million from S$27.8 million. Net property income rose 2.5 per cent to S$35.4 million from S$34.5 million in the year-ago period, on the back of a 2.9 per cent rise in gross revenue to S$49.3 million from S$47.9 million.
