2 lawyers rapped for “entirely fictitious” AI-generated cases

On Mon (Nov 3), Justice S Mohan rapped two lawyers from separate local law firms for citing non-existent legal cases in closing submissions filed in a loan recovery dispute. This is the second reported case in Singapore court submissions.
